THE Alternate Business Solution has been created to provide a broad
range of services targeting the small to medium sized business. Our focus
is to be open and honest and tell business what they need to know and not
want they want to hear at a very reasonable price. Paul developed his skills over 27 years within the banking, manufacturing,
IT and retail sectors. After working in Papua & New Guinea in the
banking sector he moved to Sydney to complete his commerce studies whilst
working in the chemical manufacturing sector. An opportunity arose to do
several courses in computer programming, web design, system analysis and design.. The
manufacturing sector provided in depth and hands on experience in all
aspects of accounting including; Inventory Management, product costing,
importing, exporting, financial / management reporting and the installation
of many computer systems. Paul progressed through a variety of management positions. He has
developed expertise in working with businesses that are trying to improve
the bottom line and increase their level of satisfaction using his
financial and IT skills. Using "best practice" principles and
adopting the "keep it simple" approach he has had success in
reducing business operating costs, reporting cycles and will add value to
